Associate BIM Specialist

The Associate BIM Specialist will assist with the development, implementation, and management of BIM models for various industrial electrical projects throughout the United States from our Belgrade, Serbia office. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of BIM software and principles. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, pre-construction, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and execution of BIM processes. This individual will be required to work from our Belgrade, Serbia office (Vračar)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain MEP BIM models for various construction projects using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of project documentation and drawings.
• Collaborate with pre-construction, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Conduct clash detection and coordinate model integration among different disciplines.
• Ensure all BIM models adhere to company standards and project-specific requirements.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings.
• Assist in the development and implementation of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Attention to detail in drafting designs.
• Must be consistently accurate and attentive to details.
• Revit software experience and understanding how to set up an maintain projects, files, and work sets.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication.
• Utilize resources to extract detailed information to identify quantities and values for materials.
• Possess time management skills to work on multiple projects concurrently.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
• Self- motivated, results oriented, and client focused with a high commitment level to service
• Be accountable to meet deadlines consistently
• Must have a minimum of 1-3 years of BIM/MEP work experience
• Must be proficient in English for all verbal and written communications.
