We are currently looking for an Automation and Digitalization Coordinator

REQIREMENTS

• Mandatory: University degree (Faculty of Mechanical Engineering or other technical faculty)
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in similar positions
• Preferred: Experience in the automotive industry and multinational companies
• Experience in the development of local tool and equipment suppliers
• Knowledge of technical principles and tools
• Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of PFMEA
• Knowledge of the basics of production automation and machine development
• Tool development and design
• Design of mechanical parts and elements (CAD)
• Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Initiative, resourcefulness, precision in work, teamwork orientation, flexibility, ability to work under pressure, openness to change
• Organizational skills (distribution of work according to priority and organization of the work of one or more technicians)

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

• Coordination of the work of a team of engineers in order to execute assigned tasks
• In the initial phase of work: training for work on every process and machine within production
• Work on machines in the initial phase and testing of every work process
• Testing of pre-series pieces within production
• Performs operations on machines: machine assembly, manual assembly, injection molding, thermoforming, knitting, gluing, marking, cutting, beading, expanding, crimping, air leak testing, control on a control gauge, and control according to obtained instructions, posted instructions at workstations, and orders from the direct supervisor.
• Development and design of machines and automatic systems in cooperation with suppliers and the HSE department
• Cooperation with the Production Department - preparation of the production process in a way that guarantees required efficiency and requested product quality, as well as operator training for new processes
• Standardization of old and development of new processes
• Risk analysis and feasibility study of production of new products and machines
• Development and design of tools required for production in cooperation with suppliers
• Cooperation with the Industrialization and Prototype Department in the field of product production technology
• Cooperation with the Tooling Department in the phase of defining production tools
• Technical approval of the design by the supplier
• Ordering tools and machines
• Updating PFMEA for machine assembly
• Organization of production tests on the new machine
• Validation of the new process before release into serial production on the new machine
• Process optimization in order to reduce production times, energy consumption, and scrap percentage
