Victor Tours is a Belgrade-based incoming tour operator and Destination Management Company (DMC), specializing in Serbia and the Balkans. We serve as a local partner to international tour operators, agencies, and corporate clients, delivering structured inbound programs with a strong focus on reliability, service quality, and long-term collaboration.
To support our continued growth, we are expanding our DMC team and seeking a B2B Manager with experience in inbound tourism.

The Role

This position is suitable for candidates with 1+ years of experience in inbound tourism, DMC operations, or travel agencies, as well as for more experienced professionals seeking a stable, long-term role with a reputable company.

The B2B Manager will be involved in B2B communication, offer preparation, and operational follow-up of confirmed programs, working closely with the management and operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling B2B inquiries for DMC services and preparing offers for tours and MICE programs.
• Daily communication with B2B partners and agencies.
• Coordinating hotels, transport, guides, and service reservations for confirmed programs.
• Operational follow-up of confirmed tours in line with contracted programs.
• Occasional on-ground support, when needed.
• Occasional on-ground service quality checks.
• Reporting and internal coordination in line with company procedures.

Experience & Skills

• Experience in incoming tourism, DMC operations, or travel agencies
• Understanding of tour operations and supplier coordination
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and a sense of responsibility
• Commercial mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks, and work independently
