About the position:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Administrator to support our internal operations. This role is essential for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative processes and maintaining accurate records. It is a dynamic and responsible position, ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining internal documentation and databases
- Talking to clients over the phone on a daily basis regarding their profiles
- Processing administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and record keeping
- Preparing and editing documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Supporting communication between departments (Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Operations)
- Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely completion of internal processes
- Assisting with report preparation, data analysis, and operational tracking
- Handling routine administrative procedures and improving workflow efficiency
- Managing confidential information in a professional and secure manner
- Identifying and resolving administrative issues proactively
Qualifications and necessary skills:
- Minimum High School education (performance and skills are prioritized)
- Previous administrative or back-office experience is an advantage but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, responsible, and proactive approach to work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher (written and spoken)
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
