Back Office Associate

Fortrade Limited (a leading CFD brokerage with global presence in various countries), is seeking a focused Back Office Associate to join its established vibrant team. 

The Role

The Back Office Associate will work in the Back Office department in its offices in Vračar. The role itself is varied and it includes the following duties:

• Accounts on-boarding verifications.
• Checking client documentation in the CRM database.
• Getting exposure to work on different jurisdictions and regulations globally.
• Processing and monitoring all monetary transactions, which include deposits and withdrawals.
• Checking and monitoring verified accounts.
• Working closely with the risk and compliance departments to gather information that will help the company to identify, mitigate and stop possible suspicious or fraudulent behavior.
• Investigations around monetary transactions and liaising with Finance and payment processors.
• Liaising with other key departments such as Trades, Finance, Sales, Risk and Compliance.

The Candidate

• Ability to adapt to change, prioritizing work and multitasking.
• A strong attention to detail and being keen to learn and develop.
• Being a committed team player with strong communication skills.
• Excellent in both speaking and written English is essential. 
• Good calculation skills and good knowledge of using Excel are desired. 
• Understanding or experience financial markets are desirable but not a must.
• Financial background desired, ideally working in a similar environment.
