systems.We are looking for a Backend Engineer with strong backend fundamentals and experience on the data side of systems.

This is a backend-first role focused on building reliable services, scalable architectures, and production-grade systems that
power our products.
You will work on systems that ingest, transform, store, and serve data across our platform, helping turn complex real-world
workflows into clean, production-ready software.

Tech Stack

Nice to have
- Experience with data architecture, data pipelines, or backend systems that process large volumes of data
- Software architecture and distributed systems design
- AI/LLM integrations or related practical experience
- Messaging / streaming systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar
- Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Kubernetes

What You’ll Do
- Build backend services and APIs in Python and/or Node.js
- Design and develop scalable backend systems that handle data ingestion, processing, and delivery
- Model, store, and optimize structured data in PostgreSQL and related systems
- Integrate internal and external data sources
- Build reliable batch and near-real-time processing workflows where needed
- Improve performance, scalability, and maintainability of backend systems
- Contribute to cloud infrastructure, deployment workflows, and observability
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams
- Write clean, maintainable, production-grade code
- Contribute to architecture and technical decisions

What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of professional experience building backend systems or data-intensive applications
- Strong experience in Python and/or Node.js in production environments
- Experience building REST APIs with FastAPI, Express, NestJS, or similar frameworks
- Strong SQL and database design skills
- Experience designing and building scalable backend systems
- Experience with data pipelines, data architecture, or backend systems that process large volumes of data is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of software architecture, data modeling, storage, and data flow design
- Experience working with production systems, deployments, and debugging
- Docker fundamentals
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Understanding of CI/CD and modern software delivery practices
- Good English communication skills
