Full-time | 3+ years of experience 

The Vasilje Group d.o.o., in cooperation with a Dutch technology partner, Digital Construction, is looking for an experienced Backend (Full Stack) Developer to join our team and work on both internal and client projects.

We build Data Hub applications for construction projects, covering processes from document control and risk management to project planning. Our applications integrate extensively with external systems via APIs.

Tech Stack

  • Python (Django)
  • JavaScript (HTMX, Alpine.js)
  • REST API integrations
  • CI/CD workflows

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of professional development experience
  • Strong Django expertise
  • Experience working with APIs and system integrations
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Self-managing, organized, and deadline-oriented
  • Proactive and solution-driven mindset

AI-First Mindset (Important)

We are looking for a developer who actively uses AI tools in their daily workflow and has a highly positive attitude toward AI-supported coding. You are curious, experimental, and eager to improve how AI enhances development productivity and quality continuously. DC has an affinity towards generalists and T-shaped professionals.
