BI Developer

Responsibilities

As a BI Developer, you will:

• Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards
• Build data models and semantic layers that support business analytics
• Work with SQL databases and large datasets
• Design and implement data integrations from ERP, CRM, and other business systems
• Develop KPIs and analytical models that support management and operational reporting
• Optimize performance of Power BI datasets and queries
• Work with Power Query (M), DAX, and data transformations
• Collaborate with consultants and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into BI solutions
• Document implemented solutions and contribute to continuous improvement of the data architecture

Required skills and experience

• Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Experience with DAX and Power Query (M)
• Understanding of data modeling and star schema concepts
• Experience working with large datasets and performance optimization
• Ability to translate business requirements into data models and dashboards
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or modern data platforms
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
• Understanding of financial or operational reporting
• Experience with Azure data services
• Microsoft certifications related to data analytics
