Bid Coordinator

Eqytech operates in Belgrade, as a branch of Green Wave Electronics a leading electronics recycler based in the USA, dedicated to providing sustainable recycling solutions since 2007. Our mission is to promote environmental responsibility through effective recycling practices while serving a diverse range of clients nationwide. 

Green Wave is an industry leader in the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) service industry, with locations in the US from coast to coast. We provide our customers with cradle to grave solutions for their IT equipment. 

We are looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our team in Belgrade. We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Bid Coordinator for e-Waste / Solid Waste Authority in the USA. In this role, you will be responsible for submitting bids with the government (counites) for e-waste recycling in multiple states in the USA. You will be working with all counties in the specific geographic region to win bids / contracts to process e-waste.

This is an on-site position that requires strong focus, responsibility, and excellent English communication skills. 

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 12-8pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a list of the counties / Solid Waste Authorities in the region and maintain dates when a new RFB (request for bid) is coming
• Study previous (publicly available) winning bids and recommend bids to be submitted based on profitability and possibility for winning
• Develop and submit bids based on the established criteria
• Establish relationship with counties that do not utilize public RFBs and find the way to win the contract of collecting e-Waste

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• 5 years of previous experience in sales, bid management, proposal management or large and contract drafting
• Excellent analytical skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Degree in business or similar
• Ability to work hours aligned with USA based workforce
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
