We’re looking for a Bid Manager to join our team in Belgrade, within our Intellectual Property (IP) segment. In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end bid response process—from kick-off to final submission—bringing structure to timelines, coordinating inputs across Sales, Product, Consulting, Legal, and Finance, and ensuring every response is clear, compliant, and compelling. You’ll also help strengthen how we work by improving templates, maintaining our knowledge library, and driving continuous improvements that increase quality and speed as we scale.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent professional experience
- 5 years of commercial experience, including at least 2 years managing complex, deadline-driven deliverables with multiple stakeholders
- Proficient in English

What will you be doing in this role?
- Execute and manage the full end-to-end bid response process and project timeline, ensuring adherence to project deadlines and objectives.
- Analyze bid requirements, secure compliance approvals, and ensure accuracy and completeness in response documents to mitigate risk.
- Coordinate and manage communication throughout the bid lifecycle, serving as the primary contact for proposal-related activities.
- Execute bid response plans, managing document preparation and coordinating the fulfillment of response packages.
- Tailor bid responses to meet customer requirements, improving the relevance and impact of proposals.
- Challenge sales teams to deliver persuasive answers to customer questions.
- Drive continuous process improvement and contribute to the development and maintenance of the knowledge library.
- Create and maintain proposal templates as required.
About the Team
Our bid management team is globally distributed, with colleagues across Serbia, the US, the UK, Malaysia, and Penang supporting bid delivery. You will report directly to the Senior Director, Sales Enablement.

Hours of Work
This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone, with some scheduling flexibility available around core working hours.
This is a hybrid position working in the office for a minimum of 3 days every other week.
