Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Box Truck Dispatcher to join our team in Kruševac. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a strong focus on problem-solving. Prior experience in logistics, dispatch, or customer support is a plus, but not required—we provide full training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with drivers and provide them with daily load assignments
• Negotiate rates and book loads with brokers and customers
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
• Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively
• Maintain accurate records and update dispatch software
• Build and maintain good relationships with drivers and business partners.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)
• Previous dispatch/logistics experience is an advantage, but not required
