Brokerage Carrier Representative

Location: Belgrade

Working hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiating transportation rates with clients/brokers on the US market;
• Planning and organizing transport activities according to available capacities;
• Daily communication and management of independent contractors/drivers;
• Monitoring transport execution and resolving operational challenges;
• Data entry and documentation control in the TMS system;
• Monitoring budgets, costs, and payments within your scope of work;
• Reporting results to the supervisor.

Our Ideal Candidate Possesses:

• Education: Secondary school (SSS) or higher education (VS);
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or similar positions;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
• Excellent English language skills (minimum B2 level);
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Knowledge of the US market.
