We are looking for:

Business Application Specialist (Microsoft Dynamics) (m/f/d) to support our customer team in Berlin.

Tasks

System Administration & Application Support

• Daily administration of the D365 Customer Service and Field Service modules
• First-level support for all users (e.g., cases, work orders, bookings)
• Configuration of forms and views
• Management of users, teams, and security roles.
• Creation of documentation and support for UAT, training materials, and rollouts
• Maintenance and further development of resources, incident types, and related structures.
• Planning and execution of IT service activities (low to medium complexity).

Global Key User Responsibilities 

• Acts as the link between the support organization and end users
• Ensures consistent use of the CRM system across all locations
• Communicates guidelines, gathers feedback, and coordinates improvements
• Organizes and manages all relevant activities across multiple sites
• Responsible for Train the Trainer concepts as well as preparation and support of go live phases for potential new locations
• Collects, pre qualifies, and escalates relevant requests to the support organization.

System Enhancement & Continuous Improvement 

• Identification of optimization potential and development of concrete improvement measures
• Participation in projects to further develop the D365 landscape
• Support in the planning, implementation, and documentation of new features and processes
• Regular collection, analysis, and reporting of relevant KPIs

Requirements

• University degree
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service / Field Service or comparable CRM/FSM systems.
• Basic knowledge of system administration, user management, and security concepts.
• Ability to configure system components using no code/low code principles.
• Familiarity with IT service processes (user support, license/hardware/software management).
• Experience in training users and working with decentralized teams.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Structured, independent, and responsible working style.
• High level of service orientation and solution focus.
• Ability to present complex topics in a clear and understandable way.
• Strong team orientation and ability to work effectively in international, cross location environments.
• Willingness to actively develop systems and drive change.
• English language- fluent conversational level
