Business Associate to the CEO
If you are ambitious and motivated to build a career in business and sales, this role offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow in our company. You will gain hands-on exposure to the core business by working closely with the CEO on day-to-day operations, while developing a strong understanding of the business, market, and customers, with clear growth potential toward commercial and sales-focused roles.
Your role would include:
- Supporting the CEO in daily operations while gaining a solid understanding of business processes and building a foundation for future growth in the commercial and sales area
- Managing meetings and calendar for an effective and efficiently coordinated daily agenda without overlaps
- Planning and organisation, as well as preparation and review of board and supervisory board meetings
- Being involved in sales and presales activities, including market research, competitive analysis and identification of customer needs and market trends
- Participation in trade fairs and industry events to support business development and commercial initiatives
Requirements:
- University degree in technical sciences
- 2+ years of working experience (e.g. executive support, consulting, project assistant, sales …)
- Previous experience in software engineering will be considered a plus
- Multidisciplinary orientation with particular interest in technical topics, commercial-sales, as well as business
- Excellent social skills, written and verbal communication skills and assertiveness
- High organizational skills, rapid comprehension, and the ability to multitask
- Responsible, diplomatic, trustworthy, and reliable personality
- Fluency in English
