Business Controller

Yettel is seeking an experienced and analytically driven Business Controller (with Focus on Business Analytics) to support strategic decision-making by providing in-depth analysis of business performance and identifying key growth opportunities. This role emphasizes data analysis, forecasting and the preparation of business reports to ensure efficient resource allocation and the achievement of company objectives.

What we will expect from you:

Business Analytics:

• Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Build data models and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide insights and actionable recommendations.

Financial Controlling and Reporting:

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual and ad hock business performance reports.
• Monitor budgets and analyze variances against planned targets.
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Strategic Planning Support:

• Assist in the development of short-term and long-term business strategies.
• Support management with financial planning and scenario analysis.
• Evaluate the financial impact of business decisions and initiatives.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement improvements in reporting and analytical processes.
• Automate and streamline data collection and reporting workflows.
  

For a good start you will need:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Faculty of Organizational Science
• Proven experience in business controlling, financial/business analysis 
• Advanced knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Planning tools).
• Strong understanding of financial principles and business operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to present insights effectively to various stakeholders.
