We are looking for a Business Developer who will focus on growing our Search & Selection services through active client engagement and consultative sales.

Location: Belgrade

What will you do:

• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify business opportunities and generate leads
• Present and promote Search & Selection / recruitment solutions
• Understand client needs and propose tailored hiring strategies
• Prepare offers, negotiate terms, and close deals
• Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants and delivery teams

What we are looking for:

• At least 2 years of experience in selling services in an HR agency or a comparable client-facing role
• University degree
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Strong computer skills (MS Office)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proactive, structured, and client-oriented mindset
