About the role:

As Business Development Manager, you will be a key driver of Wemedoo’s business growth. This is a high-impact sales role where you will identify prospects, build relationships, and close deals with leading organizations in the life sciences sector. You’ll own the full sales cycle - from lead generation to contract negotiation - while positioning Wemedoo as the go-to solution for clinical data flows.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through networking, outreach, and industry events
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including presentations, demos, proposals, and contract negotiations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at pharma companies, CROs, and sponsors
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs for revenue growth
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that drive qualified leads
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting in CRM tools
  • Represent Wemedoo at conferences, events and client meetings
  • Provide market and competitive insights to refine positioning and material in collaboration with internal teams.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Technology and Engineering Services or related field
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in the clinical research environment
  • Existing network within the Life Sciences ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of clinical trials and data management solutions
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset while adhering to company standards
  • Comfortable working fully remotely
  • Experience with CRM tools and digital sales platforms
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
