Business Operations Analyst - English language

We are looking for a new Business Operation Analyst!

Your team will be responsible for reviewing field service activities provided to customers and determining which activities are considered Out of Scope, as per Customer’s maintenance Contract. Team’s goal is to organize efficient T&M billing process by doing deep-dive analyses of field activities using various tools, cooperating with other internal teams, providing financial reports on chargeable calls and ensuring revenue is collected fully and in a timely manner.

Take a closer look at the main duties : 

• Reviewing all service activities generated for assigned customers and based on Contract knowledge identifying Out of Scope activities.
• Creating Financial Reports for billable activities and calculating in accordance to Customer Contract’s Terms and Conditions.
• Identifying process gaps and working on continuous process improvement and automatization to advance developmental growth and cost reduction.
• Coordinating conversations with other internal teams with the goal to enable efficient T&M billing process.
• Performing various analyses on business activities for assigned customers in order to identify Revenue gaps.
• Using multiple software solutions to complete daily tasks: Oracle, TAMBA Tool, Invoice Engine, NCDM, SOM, Power Query, Power BI, Microsoft Office etc…
• Managing business process that creates value and increase customer satisfaction.

What we expect from you:

• Minimum high school diploma
• Technical knowledge of banking equipment is considered an advantage
• Fluency in speaking and writing of English language  
• Advanced knowledge level of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel are a must)
• Well-developed client relationship management skills and leadership abilities in resolving issues in favor of clients  
• Willingness to work form office
