Business Support Systems Domain Senior Expert

In this role, you will ensure a consistently high level of expertise across the BSS domain, while designing, developing, testing, and documenting robust, high-quality IT solutions. You’ll take ownership of both project management and technical project delivery, contributing to key divisional and enterprise-level initiatives.

What we will expect from you:

• Automation of current development process and introducing and constantly improving Devops principles, practices, and tools;
• Maintain availability of Business Support Systems and customization of BSS/BA interfaces
• Execute and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
• Execute all operational tasks (administration, configuration, reporting, monitoring)
• Responsible for introduction, implementation, integration, maintenance, resource and performance control of new
• Business Support Systems/Business Applications
• Responsible for design, implementation and testing of new services and features
• Ensure the highest security level of Business Support Systems and interfaces
• Lead and/or participate in Projects ensuring service handover to Operations (requirements, testing, documentation)
• Coordinate activities within group, with other parts of the organization and with Vendors (internal and external partners)
• Support CNOC team; participate in on-call service

For the good start you will need:

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in relevant field
• Theoretical understanding of main techniques that are used in Business Support Systems
• Hands-on experience in operating Business Support Systems
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English
