C++ Developer

We are looking for a C/C++ developer responsible for building high-performance backend applications focused on media processing. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop and maintain these application, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure.

What will you do?

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C/C++ code;
• Implement performance and quality modules;
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems;
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

What skills do you need?

• Strong proficiency in C/C++, with solid knowledge of the language specification;
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools;
• Experience with build systems (CMake, Bazel...);
• Comfortable using the standard library, STL containers, and algorithms;
• Good understanding of memory management in non-garbage collected environments;
• Understanding of multithreading and performance optimization concepts;
• Familiar with unit testing frameworks (e.g. gtest);
• Familiarity with system-level APIs and libraries;
• Familiarity with Ci/CD.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with media processing frameworks (e.g. FFmpeg);
• Knowledge of codecs and media formats;
• Experience with Java;
• Experience with Docker;
• Understanding of distributed systems.
