Call Agent

WORKBRIDGE DOO, an India based consultancy company, is looking for people for the position of Call Agents in our team in Belgrade. Only those candidates may apply who are looking for a long-term position for around 8 months - 12 months.

Responsibilities Include:

• Noting down the selected employers' data from the APR and making a database in MS Excel sheet for them.
• Calling and providing information to clients about our services.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments for in-person meetings with clients.
• Entering and updating data in the system.
• Visiting the client in-person for the meeting so fixed, alone or with team members.

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills in English and Serbian; Both languages;
• Basic computer knowledge and use of MS Office;
• Previous experience working with client calling is an advantage;
• High level of responsibility;
