We manage high-volume spot freight for major national customers, and we are looking for people who can secure capacity, negotiate effectively, and execute under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Secure reliable capacity for high-volume spot freight
• Negotiate rates with carriers and close quickly
• Build and maintain strong carrier relationships
• Cover loads efficiently in competitive markets
• Monitor shipments and resolve issues in real time
• Work closely with operations to ensure consistent execution

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in freight brokerage or carrier sales
• Experience covering spot freight
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to secure trucks quickly
• Comfortable making high call volumes daily
