Mellon Serbia, a subsidiary of Mellon Technologies and member of Mellon Group of Companies, was founded in 2002 in Belgrade. The company provides technology solutions and outsourced services that support secure transactions and enhance customer interactions by delivering payment technologies, contact center services, business process outsourcing, and HR-related services to clients across banking, telecommunications, and retail sectors in the Serbian market. Due to a need of further operations growth on Serbian market, we are searching for a proactive, highly motivated and very experienced professional, for the position:

CCS & BPO Sales Manager

Belgrade, Serbia

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for business development, planning and execution of the sales strategy for CCS & BPO services
  • Achieving sales targets and generating profitable revenue for the company
  • Continuous market research and active sales activities to boost client network
  • Presentation of the company and service portfolio to new customers
  • Composing tailor-made offers in relation to the client requirements and needs
  • Managing sales and negotiation process from offer presentation to contract signing
  • Continuous market analysis, timely identification of new projects
  • Monitoring competitors' activities, general market trends and proposing improvement measures
  • Reporting on sales activity and business development progress
  • Ability to sell and create concrete value for the company

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience of CCS & BPO services (call centre outsourcing, customer service outsourcing, debt collection service outsourcing, HR outsourcing, staff leasing etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge of the market and existing network of contacts should be a strong advantage
  • A stable, self-initiative and responsible salesperson, with strong communication and organization abilities
  • Developed interpersonal skills, capability of understanding of the client needs and creating long-term relations with the clients
  • Independence in conducting business development and sales process
  • High level of financial and business acumen
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • High achievement and sales drive
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Serbian, with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office
