Job Title: CDL Class A Driver Recruiter (On-Site | Second Shift)

Location:Niš office. This is a fully on-site role. We value face-to-face collaboration and believe the best results come from working together in the same environment.
Working hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and organized CDL Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting CDL Class A drivers, including company drivers and owner operators, while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate
experience. You will work closely with dispatch, safety, and operations teams to attract reliable, qualified drivers who align with our company culture.

Key Responsibilities

● Recruit CDL Class A drivers (company drivers and owner operators)
● Maintain excellent communication with drivers throughout the hiring process
● Post and manage job ads on employment platforms and social media
● Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
● Review and understand owner operator documentation
● Identify and attract qualified candidates in a competitive market
● Maintain accurate records and recruitment reports
● Collaborate with internal teams to meet hiring needs

Requirements

● Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment (preferably agency or high-volume hiring environment)
● Strong spoken and written English skills
● Good negotiation and communication skills
● Ability to manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer stage)
● Organized and able to handle multiple open positions simultaneously
● Proactive approach and ability to work independently
 ● Ability to handle a dynamic work environment and adapt quickly to changes
