CDL Driver Recruiter – Nena Trucking Inc (Office Position-Autokomanda, Full-Time)

Nena Trucking Inc is growing and we are looking for an experienced CDL Driver Recruiter to join our team. This is an in-office position, Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

You will be a key part of our operations team, working closely with Safety and Fleet Management to keep our trucks seated with qualified, professional drivers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming driver leads from all sources (Craigslist, job boards, referrals, social media, etc.)
• Call, pre-qualify, and follow up with CDL drivers (company, lease, and owner-operators)
• Coordinate drivers’ arrivals to Chicago (start dates, travel, arrival schedules)
• Work directly with the Safety Team to ensure all compliance steps are completed before onboarding
• Coordinate with Fleet Managers to match drivers with available trucks and start dates
• Help create, post, and update recruiting ads across platforms
• Maintain organized records of leads, hired drivers, and recruiting performance

Compensation:

Base salary: $1,000
Performance bonuses for every seated driver:

• $100 for each Company Driver hired
• $100 for each Lease Operator hired
• $300 for each Owner Operator with their own truck hired

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a CDL driver recruiter or similar trucking/transportation recruiting role
• Strong understanding of CDL driver qualifications and trucking industry basics
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills (phone, text, email)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple leads at once
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable working late-afternoon/evening hours (2 PM – 11 PM)
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
