Responsibilities:
- Creating and updating ads for open positions on several platforms for recruiting purposes in the US labor market.
- Contacting and screening CDL A drivers.
- Making all the necessary arrangements for candidates’ tests, researching travel arrangements and providing necessary support for the candidates during the scheduling, orientation process and onboarding.
- Collecting and organizing candidates’ complete documentation.
- Creating and maintaining candidate pipelines in our ATS.
- Accurate work administration.
- Social media management.
- Optimizing retention by cultivating a culture of communication and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- CDL Class A recruiting / USA Logistics or Sales experience is highly preferred.
- Must be able to work from our office in Belgrade, no remote work options available.
- Proficient English user.
- Digitally adept (professional usage of Microsoft 365, Tenstreet, Indeed or other job platforms and ATS's).
- Solution and detail-oriented.
- Flexible and reliable team player.
- Great communication skills and a proactive mind.
- Passionate about cross-cultural cooperation.
- Serbian citizenship is a must.
