Job Description:

• We are looking for a CDL Truck Driver Recruiter to join our team
• Previous experience in truck driver recruiting is NOT required
• We are open to hiring motivated, communicative individuals with strong sales and persuasion skills. Full training will be provided

What we are looking for:

• Excellent communication skills (English required)
• Sales mindset and ability to persuade and follow up
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to learn and grow in the recruiting field

Nice to have (but not required):

• Experience in recruitment, sales, call centers or customer support

Responsibilities:

• Actively search and identify potential truck driver candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assess driver qualifications.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and provide information about the company
• Track and update candidate information in human resources management systems
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure all driver requirements are met

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ready to work the second shift (3 pm-11 pm), flexible
• On site
• You understand Owner Operators documentation
• Ability to identify and attract qualified candidates
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of the transportation industry and relevant regulations
