• Own the full sales funnel:
  Create, test, and optimize persuasive sales scripts and messaging based on performance data.
• Monitor daily KPIs (response time, CR, AOV, PPV take-rate, churn), identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
• Coordinate closely with the team across operations and support
• Support new revenue initiatives and launch playbooks (offers, bundles, promotions).
• (Later) Expand into coaching and performance reviews of your own team.
