Key requirements:

• Specializing in the E-coat process to ensure the smooth operation of the company’s production sector.
• Contributing to the growth of the qualification rate and improving production capacity. Reducing oxidation costs.
• Formulating production and technical regulations, maintenance plans, operational procedures, and supervising their implementation while resolving on-site issues.
• Involved in the development of new products, debugging, verification, and formulation of process standards. Addressing and resolving issues, supporting and accepting new company projects.
• Working on cost reduction cases and developing new technologies to ensure the smooth operation of production.
• Conducting supplier audits and handling customer complaints and audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in materials, chemistry, or other engineering fields.
• Familiar with the equipment principles and process flow of anodizing.
• Strong abilities in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English.
• Basic knowledge of chemistry and a strong desire to learn.
• Strong understanding of project management processes in the automotive industry.
• Familiar with IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 standards.
