Key Responsibilities:

-Collecting and analyzing documentation related to claims and client requests
-Communicating with clients to gather additional information and provide support throughout the claims process
-Coordinating with insurance companies and relevant institutions to ensure efficient resolution of claims
-Monitoring claim status and maintaining accurate records in internal systems
-Identifying potential issues and proposing solutions to improve claims processing workflows
-Ensuring timely and accurate reporting to management on claim progress and outcomes

Qualifications:
-Previous experience of 1 year in insurance or claims handling is considered an advantage
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
-Proficiency in Google Workspace and general computer skills
-Working knowledge of English is preferred
