Client Acquisition Specialist (English + Spanish, Polish)

Role Description 

As our Belgrade office expands into new markets, we are looking for a Client Acquisition Specialist with professional fluency in English and one of the following languages: Spanish and Polish to join our growing international team.  

Main Responsibilities

Independently acquire new clients through cold calling.

• Maintain and nurture relationships with your own acquired clients & follow up on leads provided by the company.
• Present Nordic Apartrent’s accommodation solutions to potential clients.
• Contact local landlords across Europe to coordinate accommodations tailored to clients’ needs.
• Negotiate prices and send quotations.
• Log all activities and interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements

• We encouraged candidates with relevant professional experience and a suitable background to apply.
• Sales, Communication, Tourism, or similar experience are advantages. 
• Fluency in English and 1 of the following languages: Spanish / Polish (professional level or native speaker).
• Eagerness to grow with the company in an expanding market and be a part of a growing international team. 
• Willingness to work onsite at our coworking office in Vladimira Popovića 50, 11070 Belgrade, Serbia. 
• Valid work permit for Serbia.

The yearly net salary for this position is structured as follows: 

• Base salary: € 12 000 net/year (fixed) +
• Commission (paid on quarterly basis): 
• The bonus will be determined based on performance and % of the targets reached. Will be discussed further during the interview

Start Date: Shooting for May/Jun 2026 (or earlier/later by mutual agreement)
