Salary: 100,000 RSD/month base + bonuses

We are looking for a Client Scheduling Specialist to manage incoming new client inquiries and convert them into successfully booked appointments.

The Role: Client Scheduling Specialist

You will be the first point of contact for new clients. Your responsibility is to understand their needs, clearly explain our services and efficiently schedule appointments while ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
This role is ideal for organized, confident communicators who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working afternoon/evening hours and weekends.

What You’ll Do

• Handle New Client Inquiries: Answer inbound calls, messages and online requests from new clients in the US market.
• Schedule & Confirm Appointments: Coordinate bookings based on field team availability and optimize scheduling efficiency.
• Convert Leads into Booked Jobs: Clearly communicate service value and confidently guide clients toward confirmed appointments.
• Coordinate with Field Staff: Ensure technicians receive accurate and complete job details.
• Maintain CRM Accuracy: Document interactions and keep scheduling systems updated.
• Support Second Shift & Weekend Coverage: Ensure consistent availability for clients during peak US hours.

Who You Are

• Experience in customer support, call center, appointment setting or sales roles
• Fluent in US English (spoken and written)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working second shift and weekend rotations
