Client Service Representative (CSR)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for assisting customers with personal financial advisory by using the point-of-sale banking software
• Making a high volume of strategic inbound and outbound calls and emails daily to customers
• Involved in loan approval process
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers providing personalized support that creates loyalty to the Company
• Support the Company business strategy and follow all procedures related to it
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Company's products and services to answer customer's direct inquiries accurately and in a timely manner
• Up-selling and cross-selling of Company’s products
• Build and manage orders, service client needs to ensure proper execution
• Demonstrate effective sales and customer service skills including but not limited to active listening, negotiation, willingness to learn, ability to build rapport with customers and management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum High school education degree
• Fluency in English language
• Exceptional communicational skills (written and verbal)
• Experience in direct contact with clients  
• Oriented to details
• Previous banking experience in Retail (Private Individuals) – is preferred, not mandatory
• Experience in Customer Service Sector, Sales, Back Office, Credit Risk or Collection Section is preferred, not mandatory
• Medium computer literacy
• Readiness to work in shifts (to match US working hours)
