We are currently seeking an experienced Client Success Strategist to join our team and support our partner company - a dynamic, performance-based growth marketing agency with over two decades of experience collaborating with B2B manufacturing, industrial, and clean energy companies across the US and Europe. Our client helps businesses scale through SEO, PPC, HubSpot automation, content marketing, and AI-enhanced insights.
As a Client Success Strategist, you will own client relationships, performance outcomes, and account growth. You will drive retention, deliver measurable long-term growth, and lead strategic client conversations.
Responsibilities:
- Own a portfolio of 6-10 B2B client accounts, with responsibility for retention, satisfaction, and growth (targeting 110% net revenue retention and ~10% annual account growth)
- Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders
- Develop and guide integrated marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, email, content, automation, and performance analytics
- Lead client communication, including performance reporting and quarterly business reviews focused on ROI and growth opportunities
- Oversee performance and execution, ensuring all initiatives align with KPIs and broader business objectives
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client business objectives
- Collaborate closely with project management and production teams to ensure high-quality execution aligned with strategy
- Proactively identify risks to retention and performance - and address them early
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights, leveraging automation and emerging AI tools to improve efficiency and results
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing agency role, managing B2B accounts
- Demonstrated success retaining and growing clients (ideally in SaaS, tech, or industrial sectors)
- Proven experience and working knowledge of SEO, PPC, content strategy, email marketing, and HubSpot (mandatory)
- Strong commercial mindset: understanding margin, scope, and growth levers
- Ability to lead strategic conversations with senior stakeholders
- Confidence interpreting performance data and translating it into business impact
- Proactive communication style: anticipate challenges rather than react to them
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills across multiple accounts
- Excellent English communication skills
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Jira
- Experience managing website redesign or complex digital transformation projects
- Familiarity with AI-assisted marketing tools and automation platforms
- Experience contributing to account expansion or upsell strategy
