In particular, we want somebody that can grow to be world class, an English-speaking detail oriented and reliable all-star for a long term role with guaranteed work of at least 47 hours per week, with availability Mon-Sat, >8 hours daily between 7am and 6pm USA CST timezone.

We're looking for a process-driven, detail-obsessed, and proactive Customer Success Specialist to help us build jaw-dropping customer experiences (JDCE) that turn first-time customers into lifelong advocates. We do it right, no matter the short-term cost, and we do the boring work to make it happen.
What You’ll Do:
- Meet over zoom to onboard & welcome new customers
- Handle all customer inquiries, questions and inbound email/sms
- Communicate with teammates and pharmacies via Slack, CRM, and internal tools
- Follow documented SOPs
- Process orders and pharmacy communications accurately
- Use Trello to manage and prioritize tasks
You Must Be:
- Highly organized and confident managing multiple workflows
- Comfortable recording updates and communicating proactively
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Have a high work ethic (loves to work, workoholic)
- Fast learner who isn’t afraid to ask when something’s unclear
- Able to work full-time (40–50 hrs/week) & BEYOND (every working hour is paid)!
Remote | Startup pace | Medical knowledge a bonus, not required.
IMPORTANT
Bonus points for anyone with a background in Ecomm, teaching, language translator, medical/nursing/pharmacy degree (MD, ND, MBBS, DO) or ecomm customer service.
