Commercial Business Analyst

The primary aim of this role is to provide day–to-day support and communicate with retail network in Italy while maintaining and enhancing team/company performance. This involves effectively resolving retail network issues, complaints and inquiries as 1st level assistance and addressing the issues to other relevant departments.

• You will be supporting business requirement gathering and analysis including identifying business needs by continuously evaluating business reporting, processes, and data needs, as well as proactively deep dive into data sets to identify enhancements, highlight wrong behavior, or other business critical measures on KPIs. As you onboard in your role and become more independent you will have a chance to take more responsibilities that comes with this role.
• This is an important role as it is a touch point between Business Intelligence team and commercial team in organizing data requests for the business.
• This includes project management BI initiatives for the commercial team working together with business stake holders, including producing recommendations and insights to which are to help the business decision making to support business strategies.
• It is important that you recognize and adopt best practices in reporting, analysis, data integrity, validation, and documentation.

This is required of you in order to deliver great results

• Experience in the role - Marketing, Commercial or BI area (Gaming sector is a plus)
• Experience with Excel including complex formulas, pivot, OLAB, VLOOKUP, and macros
• The ability to develop effective, actionable analysis, reports and dashboards for business users would help you do this job at it`s best
