Job Overview
The role is responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring activities related to sales and marketing within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial contracting and follow up on the fulfillment of agreed client obligations
- Achieve sales targets and implement marketing activities according to company plans
- Conduct effective sales and marketing initiatives, including professional client education in line with legal requirements and internal company guidelines
- Initiate commercial activities and strengthen business relationships while ensuring clients remain well-informed
- Ensure proper targeting and optimal visit frequency to achieve planned sales results within the assigned territory
- Organize and participate in professional events and conferences
- Execute all approved marketing activities and propose ideas to improve sales processes
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and actively track market and competitor trends
Required Qualifications
- University degree: Master of Pharmacy (preferably) or Doctor of Dental Medicine / Doctor of Medicine
- No prior experience required (experience in a pharmacy is considered an advantage) OR up to 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company, preferably in a similar commercial role
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Proficient in MS Office
- Valid B-category driver’s license
