One of our European logistics client is looking for Commercial Solutions Management.
As part of the growth, this role focuses on customer success, solution design, and commercial support across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. You’ll work closely with sales, product, and customers to turn logistics needs into effective TMS solutions, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
- Lead customer discovery to understand logistics and transportation needs
- Translate business requirements into TMS solutions and rollout plans
- Support pre-sales efforts (demos, ROI discussions, proposals, RFPs)
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams for smooth onboarding
- Advise customers on process improvement, automation, and best practices
- Drive post-go-live success, adoption, retention, and expansion
- Support key accounts and long-term transformation initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7 years of experience in SaaS, logistics, transportation, or supply chain
- Strong communication and consultative skills
- Experience with TMS / logistics tech (ERP or WMS is a plus)
- Comfortable working with customers and internal teams
- English required; Spanish or French a plus
Working conditions:
- Working schedule: Mon-Fri 8 am - 5 pm EST
- Competitive Salary in USD
