Purpose
As a Commercialization Partner at Roche you will ensure seamless execution of Roche’s strategic account initiatives by building strong client relationships, coordinating cross-functional activities, and driving commercial objectives. This role provides actionable insights, supports revenue growth, and contributes to improved patient outcomes through proactive account management and collaboration across internal teams.
Responsibilities:
As a Commercialization Partner, you will:
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Conduct on-site visits, virtual meetings, and strategy reviews with stakeholders; maintain proactive communication to address issues and maintain trust
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to strengthen partnerships, expand collaborations, and support high-value therapies across disease areas
- Drive commercial success by achieving KPIs, managing revenue objectives, and providing actionable insights based on market and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercialization strategies and ensure timely delivery of products
Requirements & Qualifications
- You have a university degree in medical field (preferably Medicine and Pharmacy);
- You have at least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/ biotechnology industry in commercial, medical or key account management field;
- You have a growth mindset and willingness to learn quickly through cross-functional collaboration
- You have collaborative, customer-focused, and results-driven mindset
- You have ability to analyze data and create actionable account strategies
- You write and speak English fluently
- You are self-motivated, passionate about the job with developed customer focus and agility skills
- As an ideal team member, you are open-minded, result-oriented and dedicated to make a difference and open to constant development
