Concierge (guest rellations)

Cypher Concierge is a luxury international lifestyle management company. We support high-profile clients with premium concierge services, bookings, reservations, travel arrangements, and personalized assistance. We are hiring remote Concierge Agents based in Serbia with excellent English and 5-star hospitality experience who can deliver world-class service.

This is a remote position — you can work from anywhere in Serbia.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients in fluent English through WhatsApp, email, and calls
• Manage and handle client requests with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
• Coordinate all bookings (restaurants, chauffeurs, events, medical services, travel, experiences, etc.)
• Communicate with third-party partners and suppliers to arrange services
• Anticipate client needs and deliver proactive luxury service
• Assist with itinerary planning, timing, scheduling, and confirmations
• Maintain clear records, logs, and task updates throughout the day
• Manage multiple client cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Provide VIP-level, five-star standard service in every interaction

Requirements:

• Fluent English (spoken and written) — essential
• Experience in a 5-star hotel, front office, guest relations, concierge, or luxury hospitality
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
• Excellent organizational abilities and high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Comfortable coordinating with third-party providers
• Fast learner with a positive and professional attitude
• Must have a laptop and stable internet connection
• Ability to remain calm, polite, and solution-oriented under pressure
