Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and deadline-driven Construction Supervisor to oversee construction crews and ensure the successful delivery of projects. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring contractor performance, recommending improvements, and promoting a health and safety regulations on the construction site. You will also ensure that projects remain within budget and that all required materials and equipment are available on time.

To succeed in Construction Supervisor position, you should have a solid understanding of building codes and safety regulations, along with the ability to effectively communicate this knowledge to your team. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can identify challenges early and implement practical, efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise construction teams to deliver high-quality work within strict deadlines
• Monitor construction processes and organize training activities
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
• Conduct regular site inspections, including equipment and material checks
• Prepare and present reports, budgets, and project plans to relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals
• Stay up to date with industry standards, safety regulations, and construction advancements
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Manage administrative tasks and travel to multiple project sites as required

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field
• Professional license issued by the Engineering Chamber of Serbia
• Experience as a Construction Supervisor (and/or Designer, and/or Contractor) on large-scale, complex industrial or real estate projects
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Demonstrated project and team management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Capacity to work effectively under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in standard computer applications
• Valid driver’s license
