Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain product descriptions, category pages, campaign content, and editorial texts for e-commerce websites;
• Manage content localization across 11 markets, working with translations and ensuring cultural and brand consistency;
• Update website content via CMS and e-commerce platforms (e.g. Magento or similar);
• Ensure all content aligns with brand tone of voice, visual identity, and luxury positioning;
• Optimize content for SEO, on-site search, and conversion performance;
• Collaborate closely with marketing, e-commerce, CRM, and design teams on campaigns, launches, and promotions;
• Coordinate content for seasonal campaigns, new collections, and special occasions;
• Maintain high standards of accuracy for pricing-related messaging, product details, materials, and care instructions;
• Support email, push, and promotional content when needed.

Requirements

• Experience in e-commerce content, preferably in fashion, jewelry, or luxury brands;
• Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail;
• Experience managing content across multiple markets or languages;
• Strong understanding of SEO and content best practices for e-commerce;
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (Magento experience is a strong plus);
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously;
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with international brands or regional market adaptations
• Knowledge of jewelry terminology, materials, and craftsmanship
• Experience working with translation agencies or localization tools
• Basic understanding of UX, CRO, and analytics
