Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Revenue Recognition Webform-Product classifications
- Inventory reporting- month-over-month inventory, inventory trend analysis, inventory tracker, and inventory reconciliation
- Period costs reporting
- Detailed analysis and reporting of purchase price variances
- Detailed analysis and reporting for manufacturing scrap
- Assist with accurate product costing – new item setups, including reviewing bill of materials to ensure all products are costed
- Support Operations by creating/maintaining dashboards, metrics, and other relevant reporting
- Create/Maintain documentation of the procedures performed
- Brainstorm and help implement cost reductions/process improvements, etc
- Assist with month end closing and preparation of monthly financial statements
- Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
- Preparing and ensuring accuracy of account reconciliations
- Prepare journal entries
- Assist with internal and external audit requests
- Ensure corporate/divisional policies and procedures are followed
- Prepare ad hoc reports/analysis and communicate cross functionally
- Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required
- 3+ years of experience
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
- Proficiency in English
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exposure to Sarbanes Oxley (SOX)
- Exposure to Oracle ERP System
- Demonstrated interest and practical ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of work while applying good judgment and responsible use
- Comfortable learning and adopting new AI-enabled ways of working and proactively identifying opportunities where AI can drive meaningful impact in daily activities
