This is
what you’ll do:

Implementation of the CRM-Dynamics Servicing Module as a part of the Platform Team within our organization, with a strong focus on platform and platform enablement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable CRM-Dynamics solutions, leveraging platform capabilities and .NET to improve customer servicing processes

Possess strong knowledge of CRM-Dynamics functionality, customization, and integrations, and support the team in configuring and customizing the platform using .NET to meet business needs

Work with stakeholders to analyze processes, identify gaps, and design optimal CRM-Dynamics Servicing Module solutions, applying best practices and .NET development standards

Stay current with CRM-Dynamics updates and industry trends, identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, and improved customer experience using CRM-Dynamics and .NET

CRM Administration - manage the day-to-day administration of the MS-Dynamics CRM solution

CRM Development - expertise in customizing and extending the functionality of MS-Dynamics CRM

Data Management - responsibility for maintaining data integrity within the CRM solution

We’re
looking for:

4+ years of experience
Proven experience in implementing CRM systems, with a focus on the CRM-Dynamics Servicing Module and .NET development
Strong knowledge of CRM-Dynamics platform capabilities, including customization, workflows, business rules, and integration options
Proficiency in .NET development, including C#, and related frameworks and technologies
Familiar with event-driven architecture patterns
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into scalable solutions using both CRM-Dynamics and .NET
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Ability to work independently and proactively, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Relevant certifications in CRM-Dynamics, .NET development (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate, Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer) are preferred
Play a key role in delivering successful CRM-Dynamics Servicing Module implementations using CRM-Dynamics and .NET to enhance customer service and business performance
