CRM Specialist

Porsche Srbija ∙ Crna Gora expands its team! We are seeking an Porsche brand enthusiast to join our importerlevel Porsche Team for the West Balkan region.

Your main tasks:

• Implement and manage active complaint handling processes to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Analyze customer complaints to identify root causes and support departments in implementing effective corrective actions.
• Ensure proper usage and high-quality data input in the CRM system across all dealership roles (Sales Managers, Sales and Service Consultants, etc.).
• Provide CRM onboarding and ongoing training for dealership staff.
• Act as the first point of contact for non-technical customer inquiries that cannot be resolved at the dealership level.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Service, Product, Technology) to resolve customer issues.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to enhance the overall customer journey.
• Address and resolve challenges with underperforming partners in the sales network, including on-site visits.
• Identify bottlenecks in CRM processes (e.g., missed deadlines, escalation risks) and ensure customeroriented resolutions.
• Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer retention and acquisition.
• Analyze customer behavior and sales funnel performance to identify trends and optimize marketing and sales efforts.
• Create regular CRM performance reports and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.

What you bring:

Professional Qualifications:

• Completed studies in the field of economics/marketing or communication.
• Previous CRM experience within automotive industry considered as an advantage.
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office and business intelligence / reporting tools.
• Fluent in Serbian and English (both written and spoken). German language skills are advantageous.
