Turn insights into impact for our clients

You will play a key role in helping our clients gain deep, actionable insights into user behavior and transforming those insights into concrete optimization initiatives that drive measurable business results.

Specifically you can look forward to:

  • Working with a diverse range of clients: Lead and facilitate UX and CRO projects for major Nordic and international clients, optimizing the full online journey from feeds & creatives, to landing pages and checkout flows.
  • Being part of a team that values collaboration: We help each other in the day-to-day work on our client cases. You can rely on your colleagues for assistance and troubleshooting, and others will look to you for the same.
  • Managing different stakeholders & partners: Close collaboration with clients and other external stakeholders to drive CRO projects and tests.

As our new CRO & Experimentation Specialist, you’ll work directly alongside Klaus Wrensted who leads the Testing & Experimentation initiatives within s360’s Digital Growth department. This is an opportunity to become part of a larger international team, which includes SEO, content, and UX & CRO specialists, with more than 50 colleagues across six markets who collaborate every day to help our clients grow.

A proactive and data-driven CRO & Experimentation Specialist

With a proactive and innovative mindset and a strong passion for user experience, you identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and create data-driven solutions that improve digital performance and drive measurable results.

You thrive on combining deep user insight with analytical thinking to design and optimize customer journeys, creating seamless experiences that turn visitors into loyal customers.

To the role you will bring:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience within UX research, CRO, or digital analytics.
  • Strong experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Communication skills that enable you to engage clients and stakeholders with clear insights and effective strategies.
  • General understanding of technical feasibility to communicate and discuss experiment ideas with our team of A/B-test developers who handle test setups.
  • Experience with technical aspects of CRO, e.g., tracking setups, statistics, and similar.
  • Experience with Python (for data manipulation) or a strong background in Feed Experimentation (FeedX) is a plus.
  • Natural curiosity on all things psychology and behavioral economics.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
