Cross Border Planner

Are you a Supply Chain professional with a passion for planning, coordination, and managing cross-border operations? Coca-Cola HBC is looking to strengthen its team by recruiting a high-potential professional to join the Supply Chain Planning function as a Cross Border Planner.

In this role, you will play a key part in planning and coordinating import and export flows across multiple markets, ensuring optimal product availability and supply efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and optimize production and supply capacities in line with sales forecasts and inventory levels
• Coordinate with international import/export teams and Supply Network Planner to ensure efficient supply flow
• Perform supply capacity and inventory analysis, managing constraints and out-of-stock risks
• Develop short-term production and delivery plans for export markets
• Monitor SLA execution and maintain accurate master data for import/export operations
• Support S&OP process and contribute to annual business planning through forecasting and analysis
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and participate in cross-functional projects
• Participates in projects for supply base optimization
• Reports to the Export/Import Supply Planning Supervisor.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• Computer literacy (MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred),
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles,
• Bachelor’s degree is required,
• Advanced level of English proficiency,
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions,
• Analytical skills,
• Knowledge of planning concepts and processes in the framework of the supply chain,
• Knowledge in areas related to production, logistics and planning.
