For our location in Svilajnac we are looking for a:

CUSTOMER CARE COORDINATOR

YOUR TASKS

• Plan and ensure delivery of customer orders in line with customer requirements
• Coordinate procurement, production and delivery processes to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Support Sales in efficient order processing and scheduling
• Handle scheduling requests and resolve scheduling conflicts via ticket system or Teams
• Manage order backlog and provide regular backlog reports to Sales
• Monitor order progress and ensure transparency of delivery timelines
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed higher education (commercial or technical background preferred)
• Experience in Supply Chain Management, planning or sales support (office environment)
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably D365) and MS Office
• Strong communication, organizational and coordination skills
• Structured and reliable way of working
• Fluent in English and German, French is advantage.
• Accuracy and a systematic approach to handling data and documentation.
