DESCRIPTION

The Customer Quality Contact is responsible for managing customer requirements, ensuring product and process compliance, and driving continuous improvement activities in line with customer expectations.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and implement customer-specific requirements
• Analyze quality issues and define corrective and preventive actions
• Act as the main interface between customers and internal teams
• Monitor process performance and initiate improvement actions
• Develop and maintain control plans
• Manage quality documentation (PFMEA, control plans, etc.)
• Participate in PPAP activities and ensure compliance with standards
• Monitor cost of poor quality (CoPQ) and identify optimization opportunities
• Coordinate customer complaint handling and resolution
• Support continuous improvement of processes and quality systems

YOUR BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum High school degree (IV level of education)
• Experience in a similar or the same position (automotive industry experience is an advantage)
• Fluent in English
• Advanced Microsoft Office
• Enthusiastic, creative, ready for teamwork and with good communication skill
• Organizational and analytical skills
