Customer Coordinator

About the Role

As a Customer Coordinator, you will report directly to the Sales Support Team Lead and act as a key liaison between customers, Account Managers, and Application Engineers. You will be responsible for coordinating customer enquiries, managing offers, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting commercial negotiations – all within a dynamic automotive environment.

More specifically, you will:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, coordinating enquiries with Account Managers and Application Engineers from initial request through award or rejection
• Track quotations, support re-negotiations under the supervision of the Account Manager, and prepare and send offers through internal systems
• Ensure accuracy and quality of commercial data in internal systems and customer portals, including RFQ documentation management
• Prepare and support price negotiations, Long-Term Agreements (LTAs), contract reviews (with AM and Legal), and SPO documentation
• Identify and manage productivity and cost-saving opportunities

What qualifications should you have to be successful in this role?

• At least 2 years of sales experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the automotive industry
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Good knowledge of German, Italian, French or Spanish
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems
